RENTAL PERIODS
From Saturday to Saturday and from Tuesday to Tuesday, arrivals from 17:00 to 22:00, departures at 10:00
(different changeover days and times can be arranged).

APARTMENTS
The apartments are in complexes 200 to 900 meters from the sea and are located in buildings comprising two or more properties. All of them have dining room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV socket, veranda/terrace and garden and are furnished in a simple, practical style with everything necessary for cooking and tidying up.
In detail:
- BED-SITTING ROOM APARTMENT (sleeps 2 to 3):
living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bathroom.
- TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (sleeps 2, 3 or 4):
living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
- THREE-ROOM APARTMENT (sleeps 5 to 6):
living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (with two single beds or one bunk bed), bathroom.

VILLAS
All our villas are located in Costa Paradiso and may be 200 to 900 meters from the sea. Most of them have been built in a place with a view, and have a terrace, patio or garden; they have a dining room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and are furnished in a simple, practical style with everything necessary for cooking and tidying up. Some of them have a swimming pool.

- TWO-ROOM VILLA (sleeps 2, 3 or 4):
living room-dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.
- THREE-ROOM VILLA (sleeps 4, 5 or 6):
living room-dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, one or two bathrooms.
- FOUR-ROOM VILLA (sleeps 6 to 8):
dining room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one or two bathrooms.
